Wsamiaw sells digital license keys for a Minecraft client. Delivery is usually immediate by email or your account after payment clears. Because the product is digital and can be activated right away, refunds are limited.
You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the license was never successfully activated / bound to an HWID, and you can show a payment problem we caused (double charge, wrong plan delivered, or checkout failure after you were charged). We may also refund clear billing errors on our side.
No refund after the key is activated or HWID-bound, after you shared the key, for ban/kick on a third-party server, for “I changed my mind,” buyer’s remorse, wrong Minecraft version expectations, or dissatisfaction with features after use. Chargebacks used instead of contacting support may lead to account suspension.
Open a ticket on our Discord (linked from the site) or use Contact. Include order email, payment reference, purchase time, and a short reason. We aim to reply within a few days.
Checkout runs through third-party providers (for example Shopier / Selload). Their rules can also apply. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when the provider allows it; timing depends on your bank or wallet.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Buying a license means you accept both.
