  3. 03Proof — a screenshot, or the crash log from .wsamiaw (logs/latest.log, crash-reports/).
  4. 04One issue, one message — don't send the same thing by email + Discord + chat. It slows everyone down.
  5. 05Keep secrets secret — never share your password or license key in public chats. Staff will never ask for your password.
